About me
I relocated to London from the sunny south coast a year and a half ago and am currently seeking a sales / operations / studio support role in a creative environment. I have experience in product design and retail studios. My roles were very broad so I have gained experience in sales, account management, finance, logistics, operations, social media/web management and assisting with product and literature design. When I'm not working I like exploring London and eating my way through the various burger joints! I'm creative minded, organised and can handle fast paced environments.

Sales, Operations and Studio Administrator

• Looking after all administration for the sales, buying and design team
• Maintaining our website & social media pages
• Managing the customer service queries via telephone, email and social media
• Liaising with the company’s HK contact regarding stock levels
• Communicating with the warehouse on all stock issues and processing orders
• Raising invoices, purchase orders and processing PO’s from retailers on to Sage
• Keeping sales records up to date and organising reports to present to the Director
• Speaking directly to the Buyers at the independent retailers regarding new products, orders, stock issues, delivery times etc
• Organising the sample library and overseeing samples sent in and out of the office
• Attending trade shows both in the UK and overseas to promote our products and company. These included New York Now, Top Drawer, Design Junction, Maison et Objet and Spring Fair
Studio Administrator

Studio Intern at a luxury online pet-wear studio. My job was broad, from meeting and assisting customers to help choose dog models for our yearly dog fashion show - The Paw Pageant at Spitalfields.
