Fashion Graduate
2016 (BA Hons) fashion graduate from Heriot Watt University (Scottish School of Textiles), specialising in fashion design and technologies. I have strong design skills, proficient technical and garment construction knowledge as well as strong creative pattern cutting skills. Excellent organisational and problem solving skills, capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Looking to develop these skills in a stimulating and challenging working environment.
Pattern Intern

I mainly worked in the sampling and pattern cutting departments assisting with the ‘Resort 16’
collection. I developed an understanding of the high end market and different aspects of the business.
Pattern cutting, cutting toiles, sampling fabrics, assisted with final show pieces, hand stitching, fabric manipulation, trim sourcing, sewing, visiting various factories, fabric handling, costings, production and shipping departments, quality checking, filing production specs

The fashion programme explored the creative process of fashion design from initial research through to collection creation and production. The course covered elements of design and garment construction, the product development process and marketing the finished products.
