We specialise in roles for mid to luxury level fashion brands across European, USA and Asian markets. • I am responsible for the day to day resourcing of candidates via the internal database, Linkedin and networking • Managing advertising job boards and creating new job advertisements for every role • Responsible for new business development for the company, constantly researching new brands and new roles. This information is logged using Excel • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates for roles • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients • Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates • Diary management for both the Company Director and Senior Consultant • Updating and maintaining the company database • Managing all aspects of social media for the business. After two weeks I was promoted to Assistant Manager and immediately put on to an in-store training program. I believe I achieved this fast track promotion due to my professional and organised work ethic.
