    At House of Mason I am the primary Resourcer for two senior consultants. We specialise in roles for mid to luxury level fashion brands across European, USA and Asian markets. • I am responsible for the day to day resourcing of candidates via the internal database, Linkedin and networking • Managing advertising job boards and creating new job advertisements for every role • Responsible for new business development for the company, constantly researching new brands and new roles. This information is logged using Excel • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates for roles • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients • Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates • Diary management for both the Company Director and Senior Consultant • Updating and maintaining the company database • Managing all aspects of social media for the business. (Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter) • Various ad hoc and administrative duties
    Trainee Assistant Manager

    • Opening and closing the store • Cash handling and reconciling accounts • Completing daily administrative tasks including replying to emails, cash controlling, documenting hourly till reads, completing the team diary (setting sales targets), data entry and taking part in conference calls • Managing a team of 7 staff. Daily this includes driving KPIs, appropriately delegating and recording tasks and setting personal targets, holding team briefings and keeping the team motivated • Operating the tills including authorising refunds and exchanges • Supervising and taking part in store moves • Visual Merchandising • Stock replenishment • Logging deliveries. In December 2014 I joined the Ann Summers team at their High Wycombe store as a Christmas temp after returning from five weeks in Australia. After two weeks I was promoted to Assistant Manager and immediately put on to an in-store training program. I believe I achieved this fast track promotion due to my professional and organised work ethic.
