  • A diverse role taking on a range of marketing duties for a start up Wallpaper company, with a focus on digital and e-commerce. Blogger outreach, SEO, CMS, multi channel retailing (Amazon, Ebay) CRM, email design, artworking and customer service. Achievement : working for a small family business means that the role is exceptionally diverse covering everything from image sourcing to customer service. Initially my remit was to work for one business, Wallpapered, but my role has now extended to cover 3 of the other businesses owned by Watts & Co. Through this I have extended my skill set, particularly in sales and blogger outreach. Achievement : developing a strong working relationship with the employees at Zoey (our e-commerce platform) through weekly sessions flagging up any issues our team have encountered with the platform, before reporting back to my manager. This has really developed my understanding of how sites work in terms of format and SEO.

  • BEcause (Brand Experience), Giles Miller (Surface Designer), AmazingIf (Career Development Start up) Concept generation, graphic designer and production Achievement: developed a full brand identity for Amazing If, a career development start up including creating, designed, developing and editing an animated video to tell their brand story.

  • An exciting and intense trainee scheme at a brand experience agency. Idea generation, art direction, design, copywriting and presenting. Brands worked on Hammer Horror, Smirnoff, Cadburys, Blossom Hill and World Vision. Achievement: drawing up brand environment scamps and providing moodboard imagery for a Blossom Hill pitch. Maintained a high standard of technical delivery, whilst working to a 2 day deadline before presenting concepts to the senior creative team. The creative team were particularly impressed with the drawing and expression of the scamps.

Achievement: researched, curated and developed a blog written for Burberry Marketing employees. The purpose of the blog was to provide the team with daily inspiration and ideas. Feedback from the Burberry team was that they enjoyed the diversity of topics covered from visual trends, consumer behaviour to technology.
