Supporting the development of and implementing Tate's eCRM strategy. Managing email mailings - including coordinating the email schedule, sourcing and editing copy, sourcing images and clearing copyright. Optimising the effectiveness for Tate's email campaigns, including testing templates, split-testing campaigns, segmenting audience data and overseeing the targeting of Tate's emails through data suppressions, queries and automation. Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure audience journeys deliver business and income objectives. Working closely with CRM Manager in order to implement and develop audience journeys, customer segmentation and data capture initiatives. Managing Tate's email communications schedule and work with the Digital Marketing team to coordinate content across social, website, advertising and content marketing campaigns. Supporting other departments use of e-mail delivery through training, workshops and sharing of best practice.
•Editorial: Responsibilities include editing and updating the back end of company website, proficient in Wordpress, working on branded magazines – sourcing and compiling information into engaging articles. •Web Design: Assisting on the creative development of company website design, main point of contact for the designers. •Press: main contact for press requests and pitches. •Social Media: Responsibilities include overseeing all of the company’s social media platforms including, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and blog. On top of this I assist on social media management for various brands. •Copywriting: Creating concise engaging copy for in-house and client project purposes. This includes developing ideas and creating content plans and strategy.
