About me

A little bit about me... ​ Having began my recruitment career recruiting opens source developers for a number of small starts ups to FMCG’s, I built up a love for all things digital. After a successful year working with a number of key clients the digital IT world began to change and more of our clients embarked on digital transformation projects which in turn left a need to grow their Digital teams. I began to set up a team recruiting Digital project managers, BA’s, Scrum masters, UX/UI developers and architects, Digital marketeers, Digital designers, social media managers and more. ​ Eventually it felt like a great time to take my expertinence in-house and embark on a challenge which would see me grow, so I joined the Arcadia group as their first specialist Digital recruiter. ​ Moving in-house was another journey of learning more about the industry from an ecommerce perspective and seeing the integration of technology through an instore environment. ​ Developing relationships globally with digital talent and hearing about the new challenges, technologies and expertise has become something of a passion and I enjoy advising on industry recruitment trends, engagement and how to get the most from marketing your skills. You’ll often find me at industry events trying to learn as much as possible.
