SLV.Global: Office Executive
- Interviewing international applicants for Mental Health Placements in Sri Lanka and Bali and helping to decide which placement they are best suited to based on their skills and experience and managing the application process for volunteers through HQ GoAbroad Software package
- Helping maintain appropriate and engaging social media presence through Twitter, Facebook and Instagram manually and through Hootsuite, the social media management software.
- Answering queries through phone, email and social media from past, current and potential volunteers with appropriate and effective communication and additional administrative duties as required (inc. extensive use of Microsoft Office)
- Proofreading and Updating content for the new website
- Preparing press releases for Universities
Festivals Team Administration Assistant
- Internship
- Assisting in the supporter care of over 5000 volunteer stewards, including answering telephone and email enquiries throughout the season.
- Providing general administrative support for the stewarding team during pre/post and live event phases and overseeing compulsory steward training courses.
- Onsite administration and operational support at festivals – most notably at Glastonbury and Bestival (2500 stewards)
- Pre- and post- festival administration, ensuring that all event documentation was available, completed and correctly filed.
