- thorough sole management of global window display rollouts, press days, perfumery launches and pop ups; with independent decision making - disecting all briefs and accordingly producing scaled 2D / 3D visuals needed for production teams with appropairate notes regarding substrates as well as dimensions - co-managing particular accounts; nurturing the client(s) with every enquiry, always looking to increase the services we can offer them and maintaining a possitive working relationship - creative and practical problem solving with every brief taking into consideration materials, processes, availability, deadlines, logistics, access to sites etc. - screening CV’s alongside HR Director, conducting first interviews, devised a practical test for second interviews and all artwork/work-flow training - close working relationship with Co-ordinators; monitoring individual workloads, aiding the briefing process, advising on timescales and ensuring every job is in profit - organise and head weekly Production and Team Meetings with all Co-ordinators, Project Managers and the Logistics Manager - seeing all projects through from brief to quoting, production, installation, de-rig, and either storage or disposal of display props thereafter; always following up any changes or snagging as project sign-off. This also involved negotiating costings with suppliers, feeding back to suppliers and/or contractors on re-dos if elements were not to spec and liaising with appropriate courier services for distribution
- detailed conversion of VM guidelines into production proposals for pitching out to suppliers in order to obtain comparitive and competitive costs - co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously; liaising with various brands’ Head Office teams as well as suppliers, whilst monitoring each cost-sheet to ensure all is within budget and on schedule - following crop guidelines to re-size seasonal ad campaigns, preparing artwork ready for print and outlined files for 3D prop production - confidently attending client meetings alongside the Project Manager(s) when needed
