Brazilian-born and London-based with more than six years experience in design and in the creative industry which includes running my own design business and also successfully delivering projects for The British Museum, The World Travel & Tourism Council, Starling Publishing and Taylor Hampton Solicitors. My approach to style and design can be traced back to my Brazilian roots where I studied Art History before moving to London in 2008. Where I am training on the BA Graphic Design Communication course at the world famous Chelsea College of Art & Design and gained valuable work experience in a city that has become synonymous with design. I am currently enrolled in a specialisation course on UX Design with the Design University. I have a strong track record of producing high-quality brochures, information design, marketing materials and photography in line with both the brief and budget. One recent example was the managing and creation of an adult workshop for the British Museum; where I designed the illustrations and supervised the workshop on the date of the event. About another project sponsored by American Express and research produced by Oxford Economics, I oversaw the translation of 26 economic country reports that reflected the effects of travel and tourism into easily recognisable symbols and reports distributed in digital format. The combination of my Brazilian roots, the influences of my European and American education and global work experience allow me to deliver a unique perspective expressed through a variety of media streams. Coupled with my ability to think strategically and communicate factually I am uniquely placed to provide your audience with appealing and quickly information. Aiming to deliver high-quality work which is contemporary, innovative and delivered on time and on budget has resulted in a high level of repeat business from my client base. They know that my top priority is getting their message across to their target audience. I believe communication and design are much more than aesthetics; that is why I am always looking into new perspectives and inspirations for the creation and development of projects. Inspiration and cooperation are a big part of any professional practice, turning concepts and ideas into reality, is part of a process based on this belief.
