About me
I was born in 1981 in Warsaw, Poland. I studied at the Faculty of Architecture in Bia?ystok and the Department of Photography at NCAD in Dublin. I have been dealing with visualizations and photography for ten years. During all those years I worked with many well-known Polish and European architectural studios (JEMS, 22Architekci, WWAA, Foreign Office Architects, WXCA, Maka - Sojka, 81.waw.pl, Rounds Zwei, ACME, Group 5, Cushman & Wakefield, and many others).
I specialize in making visualizations for achitectural competitions, rapid intuitive concepts, and also in a more elaborate and detailed work. As I was working with various workshops, I competed in numerous architectural and design competitions. This has resulted in several wins and numerous awards. The two most important wins, among others, were the award for the Reconstruction of Ko?obrzeg’s City Hall in collaboration with 22Architekci, and the award for design of the Museum of the Polish Army in collaboration with WXCA studio.
These professional experiences with such a wide range of tasks allow me to smoothly switch from artistic and conceptual collages to precise, technical, and photorealistic renders or photomontages.
My other great passion is photography. EspecialIy architecture and reportage. I explored the mysteries of photography from analogue photography and darkroom to advanced methods of digital photography, such as 3D scans based on photographs (photogrammetry). In my spare time, however, I deal with architectural photography, portraits and reportage.
For almost a year I have worked for Bridge Design & Technology Research Bureau (www.brdg.pl). Here, I have participated in the development process of Augment Reality technology, which was used, among others,
at the Polish premiere of BMW i3, the interactive map of ALMA observatory in the Atacama Desert, the Rosetta mission for the journal Nature, and the exhibition of architectural concepts from the 70s for the National Museum in Warsaw. Furthermore, I worked on an innovational solution for interactive design of furniture CSTM (www.cstm.pl), which received an award at the Launch Festival in San Francisco. Now I'm London based freelance photographer / visualizer.
