Project Manager
Digital project management for well-known online gaming sites. Working closely with the PHP team as well as the Product Managers, Marketing, Content and QA teams, my main role is to ensure all projects run smoothly and that deadlines are met. I define the scope of the projects, come up with workarounds when stumbling upon points that don’t seem feasible, plan the workflow, establish ETAs and liaise with all the people needed in order to achieve the targets. I report to the Head of Web and the CTO. On a more administrative side, I create checklists and task lists, schedule meetings and log/manage tasks and issues in our Agile Project Management System.
