Magazine Publishing, Brand Storytelling & Project Management
I worked with some of the best UK based restaurants, publishers, food and drink companies and startups: At The Table, Ozone Coffee Roasters, Creative Mornings, Spoon Cereals, Hoxton Mini Press, Bloomon, Pronto, Busaba Eathai, The Magic Elephant & Portfolio Magazine and many more.
In short, after working on Spoon Cereals magazine and website I took over communications. Around the same time, I started editing The Beginnings, Ozone Coffee Roasters print Journal launched into Coffee Festival 2016. I stayed on editing the second issue (to be launched in late 2016). Around the same time, I joined the CreativeMornings team.
Recently, I started freelance work At The Table (previously TOAST magazine), where I look after marketing and editorial.
Previously, I worked Busaba Eathai HQ as a Project Management, later developing Marketing and Social Media content. I later joined Right Hand PR, a food startup, restaurant and travel PR consultancy, where I looked after blogger relationships, event strategies and managed brand growth.
I love having side projects, The Interview London Magazine is one of them.

- Editor and Account ManagerPORTFOLIO MAGAZINE In 2014 I co-founded The Magic Elephant, a content marketing agency and blogging studio. Portfolio was a magazine produced in-house and published by The Magic Elephant. We worked and collaborated with a variety of brands. Some of the brands we worked with and photographed include Sandows London, Propercorn, Dona Chai New York, Karma Cans, Pip & Nut, The Organic Protein Company, Doisy & Dam, Alan Yau’s HR Manager Diana Peeva (Babaji Pide Salonu, The Duck & Rice and Park Chinois), Lemon Aid, Jealous Sweets, Nix & Kix, The London Food Startup School, and The Pickle House.
- Spoon Cereals: Print MagazineSpoon held a 3 day breakfast festival in Protein studios, Shoreditch, London. We worked with a PR agency organising a media drop to journalists and bloggers. We had to think of a fun, engaging and memorable 'thing' to send with the samples and an invitation. There were suggestions to send a spoon, but we thought it's a little 'lame'. Also, from working as a journalist, I know that nobody really reads Press Releases (they are on top of the most boring stuff I've ever read list, and I once had to read the bible in french, even though I can't speak it). So not to bore journalists, we created a magazine filled with stories about Spoon's community, people they collaborate with & their business philosophy. It worked really well. Not only they got lots of press attention, they stroke a chord and made people love the brand. ...That's because the people behind the brand, Annie & Jonny, put community and quality at the heart of their work - I only told their stories.
