• Events: organising in-house and external events (+900 attendees conference, etc.)
• Creativity: liaise with the in-house design team and agencies to create multipurpose original and compelling content, visual identities, advertorials, event promotions (from stand design, premarketing emails to stand activities and competitions collateral)
• Communication: updating website, managing email campaigns, producing literature, advertorials, etc.
• Marketing content: managing the production of thought leadership pieces (teams coordination and content review) - Analysing and leveraging clients feedback on these
• CRM (Salesforce): analysing, extensive cleansing and segmenting of the client database
• Social Media: developing the strategy and its implementation (Twitter and LinkedIn)
• Financial responsibility: delivering projects on budget, scope and time by planning, managing and reporting on budget for each activity
• Liaise with numerous teams and individuals (internally and externally) to make these projects successful
