My main responsibilities included:
• Plan transmission of all content whilst liaising with clients regarding all booked slots
• Process all content including checking for technical quality, regulatory compliance and
entering content details into the schedule software
• Deliver content and schedules to our playout partners
• Create transmission schedule and populate with specific content such as programmes,
adverts, promos, trailers
• Monitor channel and be the first point of contact for any issues that may arise on the channel.

Carry out daily checklist to prepare accurate schedules for sending to playout providers

Process spot files from sales and send complete schedules to playout providers relevant information

• Attend meetings as necessary and keep any grids updated and distribute any
• Inputting continuity items and information to set deadlines, liaising with continuity team ref. schedule changes and updates within the schedule.
work with the sponsorship team to update rotations and accurately process credits

• view and log programs taking into account transitions, commercial compliance and
editorial judgments
• provide cover for other department members in the absence in some areas.
