KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS Leading all aspects of brand strategies / positioning, communication, PR, event and media planning for existing branches and new openings. Translating business objectives into effective marketing campaigns across channels and developing appropriate KPIs. Managing and monitoring marketing spend against budgets and developing existing processes to maximise ROI. Analysing consumer and competitor insights to develop and adopt new positioning / communication strategies. Focusing content marketing based on business needs / brand objectives in collaboration with creative departments. Sourced art directly from India’s top 40 artists including KG Subramanyan, Ram Kumar, T V Santosh, Sanjay Bhattacharya and Chintan Upadhyay. Created an innovative concept whereby all 40 works were pre-sold and raised c. £120k out of which which 50% was donated to the Rotary Club for the benefit of students belonging to underprivileged sections of society.
