I’m Rayhaan, an enthusiastic individual with a great work ethic and a natural aptitude in enhancing the User Interface/User experience of digital products. I enjoy making the complex simple & intuitive, planning, strategies and designing visuals that highlight a products personality.

- Patient - Medical Healthcare AppNot too long ago, one of my family member came home very frustrated from a gp appointment. The frustration came from the delay in waiting room, he had to wait more than an hour for his appointment. It then occured to me that as patients, there are always delays that can happen anytime, resulting to many people feeling frustrated and doctors dealing with those frustration which then leads to stress. Of course this isn't anyone fault, that's just how busy the health service can be, helping many people. Therefore by designing this healthcare medical app, the patient is able to, book a video consultation (for those who are unable to travel to clinics). Check waiting room (patient will be able to see how many people are ahead and an estimated time the doctor will see them).Locate doctors/clinics .Quick chat with the app service, so they can provide any advice (reduce any unnecessary appointment , makes it alot easier for doctors workload). Request prescription. Book/reschedule/cancel appointment. This is one of my first project where I was able to focus abit more on the UX aspect of the design.
