My role was seconded to marketing and communications - March 2020 • Develop and monitor marketing communications calendar for internal and external activity. Implement all activity on time, on-brand, and to a high quality. • Create and upload content to the internal content management system (SharePoint), working with internal shareholders to ensure content is up to date and relevant. • Updating the company website (provider Whitespace) each week, with up-to-date market commentary. Working with the compliance team to ensure everything is correct and ensuring all content is published within a short turnaround time of sign-off - as the material is time-sensitive. • Create, design and send weekly newsletters to internal and external stakeholders via Mailchimp. • Manage four social media accounts, working to increase our interactions and reach for each post. Ensuring that topics and imagery is on-brand, and monitoring competitor’s channels to ensure our content relevant to the market. Creating analysis reports (from SEM Rush and Google Analytics) for posts to monitor our progress and growth. • Writing content for the company website from deal sheets. Working with our PR company to turn the deal sheets into press releases to promote company achievements.
