I would say I learn fast; am energetic, driven, positive and above all, hard working. I may not have taken the traditional route into Project Management, but all the skills I've learnt along the way have helped me get to where I am today. Position: March 2016 – present Senior Project/Account Manager Position: April 14 – February 2016 Project/Account Manager Responsibilities: • Management and execution of multi-platform commercial campaigns (print/digital/tablet/video) up to the value of c£500,000 • Clients include BMW, Imedeen (Pfizer), Vichy (L’Oreal), Breguet (Swatch Group), Jigsaw, Dove Hair & Skin (Unilever), Waitrose, Clarins, Liberty, Tropicana (Pepsico), Volkswagen, Marks and Spencer, Tory Burch, Selfridges and Fenwick • Main point of contact for direct clients, advertising and PR agencies, as well as internal Sales, Web Production, Editorial, Design, Adops & Analytics teams • Ensuring all elements of a campaign are scheduled internally across print, video, digital and social media • Attending client and agency meetings • Involved in the creative process, including brainstorming ideas with Sales once a brief comes in • Briefing in the relevant internal teams involved in a project • Working with Commissioning Editor's on content plans • Working with clients and developers to map out user experience and ensure campaigns are optimised • Understanding client needs in order to fully deliver on the brief and ensuring weekly status meetings both internal/external are arranged to update teams on developments • Proofing all content before it goes to client, flagging any issues • Creating timing schedules and ensuring the project delivers to these timings • Understanding data and digital reporting in order to help manage and optimise campaigns • Monitoring delivery of campaigns on a daily basis and flagging any concerns • Working with the Sales Team to ensure there are P&L’s for all bookings • Helping Sales upsell and ensuring work is always of the highest quality to encourage repeat business • Attending photoshoots where necessary • Managing small-scale reader events which form part of a campaign Achievements: • I’ve come in with no previous experience in project management and very quickly been involved in large-scale projects • Managed the largest commercial photoshoot we’ve had in terms of Talent for Dove Hair • Won the first “bright sparks” award in Q1 2015 for my management of the Wyevale Garden Centre campaign • Single-handedly managed 2x Michelin campaigns without the aid of Sales. This included being the main point of contact for agency/client and briefing Sales on details for the post campaign analysis, including ideas for 2016 pitch
