Jul 2010 - Mar 2015
  • Working at the Fulham FC Site for DNC my role on match days is in the exclusive George Cohen Hospitality Lounge. I have been in this role for the past 2 years whilst having worked at the club for almost 5 years. I regularly lead the team of staff in delivering excellent experiences. This role involves building relationships with customers and providing high levels of customer service. I have worked at Fulham for the past 4/5 years and in 2013 we were awarded the Premier Leagues warmest welcome based on our hospitality and outstanding levels of customers service. Since the club hired DNC to take over hospitality my role has become more than just match days, I now work as part of the set up team preparing for events and matches as well as working events, which includes corporate functions, parties/celebrations and 3-course fine dining.
