About me
I am an experienced Brand, Marketing and Communications Client Manager working across a varied client list, which includes the British Army and Aviva. I enjoy developing in-depth brand strategies for my clients, utilising data, insight and demographic knowledge. Furthermore, I have thrown myself into all aspects of our marketing agency, gaining thorough knowledge and experience in areas such as being a brand guardian, planning and creating social media content calendars, forming detailed marketing schedules (to cover all mediums), planning and managing events, managing the full creative process from brief to delivery and project managing rebrands. I pride myself in creating strong client and supplier relationships to ensure all parties are not only getting the best service but also the most authentic solution. I enjoy undertaking research, identifying key audience types and applying my industry knowledge to formulate the most relevant and successful strategy for my client and their brand. I manage large workloads well and thrive working under pressure and to tight deadlines. I am highly organised and love a good project plan, list and process. But that's not to say I am not ready to be flexible and prepared to adapt a plan when requirements change.
