    Systemised ObsolescenceCould single-use fast fashion systematically biodegrade at the same pace of consumption? The ephemeral nature of fast fashion captures the ‘latest’ trends affordabillity. However there is an inherent problem in how seemingly desirable garments become obsolete in a short period of time. Work history
    Library Assistant
    Participating in the promotion of resources, collections and services. Assisting with the provision of enquiry services and contributing to the development of learning materials. Numerally shelving and organising materials, books and periodicals within the library.
    In House Artwork Designer
     - 
    Designing artwork by screen printing, hand painting and dying/manipulating fabric. Working on specialised commissioned artwork; and my designs were sold to brands such as Calvin Klein, Twenty8Twelve, Tracy Reese and DVF. Other responsibilities included designating tasks to members of the team, opening and closing the studio, contacting and communicating with clients, re-ordering new stock, classifying digital prints, and supervising student tasks such as mounting, C.D burning and tidying. I also emailed and interviewed students regarding work placements.
