    Creative Directorjej & boc
     - Melbourne, AustraliaFull Time
In 2017, I co-founded jej & boc, a textiles and fashion label based in Melbourne, Australia and worked as the Creative Director for the brand. My work centered on developing concepts and creating textile designs for fashion collections through drawing and painting illustrations and then digitally adapting them through Computer Aided Design programs. My strong drawing and painting skills, coupled with my proficiency on Photoshop and Illustrator enabled me to create imaginative and unique fabric prints and designs. As part of the role, I produced design briefs, sampled and tested fabric, liaised with different printing studios and utilised my project management skills to organise fabric printing, garment production and marketing of the final collections. Through working in this role, I fine-tuned my ability to negotiate, problem solve and think innovatively to ensure satisfying and productive outcomes for the brand. Working for a startup label imbued me with a broad range of skills, as I had to fill diverse roles within the brand. I ran the creative development and production of the various collections from conception to final sign off. Throughout the process of working at jej & boc, I used my own initiative and self-motivation to deliver outcomes under tight timeframes and a strict budget. My acute attention to detail ensured that only samples of the highest quality went into production. In order to facilitate production of the collections, I had to confidently articulate my ideas to the various stakeholders involved and build strong relationships to ensure effective product development.

    Administartion assistantHometime
     - Melbourne, AustraliaFull Time
I gained ample experience in administration when I worked as an assistant at the property management company Hometime. In this role, I worked collaboratively with the management team to optimise property listings, to determine customer needs and provide solutions that satisfied both the staff and the customers. I used my excellent organisational skills to effectively manage different property listings and to prioritize tasks to ensure overall deadlines were met. This experience instilled in me the ability to work effectively with senior management to provide solutions and to build strong relationships with my colleagues and customer base. I proactively assisted in managing the performance and occupancy of Airbnb properties through prompt correspondence with both hosts and guests to ensure a smooth handover between all stakeholders. My exceptional verbal and written communication skills ensured that I was able to manage incoming correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, I was responsible for completing the administrative tasks associated with setting up new properties on the AirBnb platform. This involved working autonomously to coordinate the property information, complete media profiles and use the Hometime back-end technology to monitor the occupancy efficiencies. Throughout my time at Hometime, I anticipated needs of the clients and used my own initiative to support the business effectively.
