I currently work on a large beauty conglomerate account at Tag London as an Account Manager. My role at Tag is to work closely with the clients to ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of wide and varied integrated communications. I manage the creation and delivery across print, digital, broadcast (including Clearcast) and radio for the UK and RoI. This is something I am very familiar with, and have utmost confidence in my skills. The role is spread across 32 different brands and is ever expanding and rapidly changing. It demands that I have excellent organisational, creative, strategic and interpersonal skills. My background is in advertising strategy and before I joined Tag I ran my own digital production agency. I also created a beauty brand, where I specialised in creating custom blended, ethical cosmetics. I have also freelanced as an account manager for start-ups. I feel that my background and current role has given me a great broad understanding of advertising and marketing; however I feel that I now need to spearhead my desire to work in a more ambitious creative integrated agency and advance my career in account management. I am striving to join a creative agency that would allow me to work alongside some of the best in the industry. I need to be part of a culture that pushes for excellence whilst providing an enriching and progressive and ambitious attitude to advertising. My career progression is very important to me and joining an organisation that values their employees and affords them opportunities to excel is key to my next move.
Integrated Account Manager for a major global beauty conglomerate.
After completing my degree I set up a digital production company called Final Foundry which specialised in the design and build of online advertising (emails and banners). We worked as an outsourcing partner for larger agencies and delivered work for brands including Vauxhall, the Post Office, and TDA. Setting up and running the business has been an enriching experience where I’ve learnt valuable skills, such as resource and budget management.
