Briefing and managing freelancers and agencies when work is outsourced. • Arranging international and UK film and photography shoots and all associated paperwork including contracts, risk assessments, safe guarding procedures, health and safety, insurance, travel and permits. • Dealing with copyright, clearance and compliance issues. • Working in MDTs using agile methodology. • Monitoring and managing budget spend for all projects, selecting and negotiating with appropriate external suppliers to ensure best value for money for stakeholders.
