  • The BFG Dream Jar Trail
    The BFG Dream Jar Trail Project managed The BFG Dream Jar Trail in 2016 which saw 50 giant jars containing the visualised dreams of a celebrity or icon installed in public places all over the UK for the summer months. Dreamers included Steven Spielberg, Buzz Aldrin, Naomi Campbell and HRH, The Duchess of Cornwall. At the end of the trail the jars were auctioned off and raised over 1 million for Save the Children.

This includes interrogating briefs, producing production schedules, budgeting, problem-solving, managing relationships between creative and internal stakeholders, and managing feedback and sign off. • Project managing creative content for corporate partners including Arsenal F.C, WHSmith, Wall's, Peppa Pig, Papa John’s and Wilko on high-profile campaigns like Christmas Jumper Day. • Resource management – scheduling and managing the studio team’s time, managing conflicts and workload, and making sure no one is over capacity and that projects can be delivered smoothly and on time. • Building excellent cross-organisational relationships at all levels. Acting as an account manager for stakeholders/other teams and providing guidance and advice throughout the briefing and delivery process. • Leading the studio team through delivery of campaigns ensuring they’re working to brief, within scope and delivering high-quality creative. • Maintaining freelance/agency rosters for print, design, editorial and film/photography. Briefing and managing freelancers and agencies when work is outsourced. • Arranging international and UK film and photography shoots and all associated paperwork including contracts, risk assessments, safe guarding procedures, health and safety, insurance, travel and permits. • Dealing with copyright, clearance and compliance issues. • Working in MDTs using agile methodology. • Monitoring and managing budget spend for all projects, selecting and negotiating with appropriate external suppliers to ensure best value for money for stakeholders.
