This includes interrogating briefs, producing production schedules, budgeting, problem-solving, managing relationships between creative and internal stakeholders, and managing feedback and sign off. • Project managing creative content for corporate partners including Arsenal F.C, WHSmith, Wall's, Peppa Pig, Papa John’s and Wilko on high-profile campaigns like Christmas Jumper Day. • Resource management – scheduling and managing the studio team’s time, managing conflicts and workload, and making sure no one is over capacity and that projects can be delivered smoothly and on time. • Building excellent cross-organisational relationships at all levels. Briefing and managing freelancers and agencies when work is outsourced. • Arranging international and UK film and photography shoots and all associated paperwork including contracts, risk assessments, safe guarding procedures, health and safety, insurance, travel and permits. • Dealing with copyright, clearance and compliance issues. • Working in MDTs using agile methodology. • Monitoring and managing budget spend for all projects, selecting and negotiating with appropriate external suppliers to ensure best value for money for stakeholders.
