Working with the Chairman to develop an idea for an initiative which supports the growing animation industry in Montreal. This role required: on boarding partners and investment into the scheme, liaising with partners on resources, budgets and marketing the scheme, and developing the design and content for a website.
Provided support to the accounts department, produced regular progress reports, and assisted the marketing department with social media and promotional material. Organising events across the 12 salons, creating newsletters, arrange model castings for photoshoots, while also giving general office support. This role included liaising and assisting the Managing Director. I was able to work productively within the team while learning good leadership skills which required to adherence to strict deadlines.
