Production Assistant
• Assisting the Production Director with daily duties such as making travel arrangements, updating their to-do lists, keeping their diaries and general admin duties
• Creating and working with Budgets, Schedules, ROs, NDAs, Invoices, POs, Call Sheets, whilst utilising my logical and numerical skills, therefore understanding the responsibilities involved in Event Management, Planning and Production
• Researching and creating relationships with potential suppliers, vendors and entertainment acts for events
• Arranging client meetings for directors and liaising with partners/clients on their behalf, which has greatly enhanced my interpersonal and communication abilities
• Being on site at events and assisting production crew, which has made me understand the importance of tactically managing my time, quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities and multitasking skills.
