Planning and Executing customer retention and growth campaigns through a variety of media, including email, social and re-targeting. Own the ESP relationship for MailOnline. Liaise with brand planners and campaign analysts on long term campaign plans. Maintain and make recommendations for automated event triggered communications. Boost conversion by segmentation, behavioural targeting, testing and optimising user experience. Ensure comprehensive results tracking is in place for all activity and where possible attribute value to the campaign. Provide commentary on campaign results and make recommendations for follow-up activity. Maintain a complete record of all emails dispatched and their results. Monitor email KPIs and maintain benchmarks to identify for exceptions.
I have managed the marketing operations of group data campaigns. Working with brands such as Metro, Metro Play, Teletext Holidays, Zoopla, Jobsite, Wowcher and the various segments of The Mail.
