  • Responsibilities: • Co-ordinating and managing CRM marketing campaign projects liaising closely with marketing, retail, editorial, creative and web development teams • Project managing CRM marketing activities such as the three-weekly emails and customer lifecycle emails across menswear and womenswear departments alongside larger scale projects such as the loyalty scheme CRM requirements • Analysing reports to gain insight and establish where improvements and more innovation can take place • Continuously reviewing and improving the planning, processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies in a fast-paced environment • Ensure resource requirements are met within the CRM team, including editorial, design and development • Ensuring projects meet deadlines and brief through daily management of resource and project planning • Using project management tools and theory such as trello, Google docs, Resource Guru, Agile and the RACI matrix to maintain transparency for all stakeholders • Regularly use tools such as MailChimp, Responsys, and Sitecore as well as an understanding of HTML Achievements: • Being a new role, all processes for CRM activity had to be established from scratch. • Project managing numerous projects with a new team of creatives solely for CRM activity
