In my current role I am responsible for recruiting staff and contractors which includes structuring and advertising roles, holding interviews, training staff, obtaining relevant documentation for new starters (ID, bank details, work contracts, CRC checks for applicable staff) and storage of this data in line with GDPR regulations, delegating day-to-day tasks to staff and contractors, managing dismissals, performance reports and giving references to ex-employees.
My duties also include managing over 300 membership accounts within a private member's fitness/family club. I deal with customer correspondence and support, tech support (app and desktop), member retention, lapsing, payment processing, sales, and refunds. I work across three inboxes dealing with the family, fitness, and operational queries for the club via phone and email, whilst providing support to the club managers.
