Responsible for B2B marketing of all services and products delivered by JPG Europe. Managing and updating the CRM database, in order to analyse existing client activity and identify prospect clients. Working to deadlines to co-ordinate all marketing e-blast campaigns, with input on design and key messaging. Identifying prospect companies and brands, delegating these to the sales team to follow up. CRM Communications – Planning strategic content for monthly and bespoke e-newsletters, sourcing and writing engaging content and building email communications on Hobsons CRM system. I also provide statistical reports for staff forums and analysis. PR – Liaising with key faculty contacts to generate and supplying engaging content for press releases, website and external use. I also cover PR at faculty events, conducting interviews, gathering information for student case studies and live social media updates from events. Social Media - Assisting with production of a strategic faculty social media plan, managing content and interactions on faculty Twitter and Facebook accounts, live updates from faculty events and delivering social media campaigns for major events, such as Degree Shows and Graduate Fashion Week. Event Co-ordination – Producing marketing material, managing logistics, organising staff cover, promotion and internal/external coverage, arranging photography/filming and providing full event support where necessary. Web development - Using CMS to actively monitor and develop content for Arts, Design and Media course web pages. Marketing collateral – Assisting with approval of new course literature, supplying unique imagery, artwork and copy which adhere to brand guidelines, building relationships with internal and external designers and printers. Student and alumni profiles – Sourcing inspiring and engaging case studies to promote courses on the web and in print publications. Corporate publications – Providing accurate course information, case studies and images for prospectuses and corporate material, as well as proofreading copy. Intranet toolkits – Development of staff toolkit to regularly update faculty staff of marketing activity, and to supply resources. Finance – Ensuring all purchase orders and invoices are updated to faculty sheet. Cross checking against central budget sheet on regular basis, ensuring all anomalies are rectified.
Voluntary Role Built relationships with blue-chip clients and PR agencies, account managed my own caseload.
