- UntitledHaving previously practiced candid street photography Remi Young has battled with the tradition of the pose and recently progressed to more controlled shooting environments. This continuing body of work shows sitters in a moment of unguarded contemplation, captured at a point of physical exhaustion, void of the 'pose' commonly associated with Portraiture.

Since the start of 2016 I have taken the plunge and committed myself to photography. Since my graduation in late 2014 I had been working in hospitality but found it to be very unsympathetic towards my desire to work as a photographers assistant. I have had a few assisting jobs so far but am looking for more work in the photographic industry to broaden my knowledge and experience.
