A Creative and Production Senior Project Manager within the Global / International retail markets, implementing processes, supporting Creative in developing ideas within fast paced environments to meet the business needs and advance the brand strategy. Experience of planning, coordinating, leading and developing teams to initiate and deliver projects end to end to meet deadline expectations without compromising on the creative element. An innovative individual able to work collaboratively, self motivated, flexible with a meticulous approach and attention to detail. Extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of Project Management, communicating at all levels within the business client side and with external suppliers. Highly organised and works best when managing multiple projects or challenges, remaining focused and calm when dealing with issues and trusted with matters of confidentiality.
To manage the Harrods Creative team in order to ensure the smooth running of all creative projects. Acting as a guidance and a mentor for the entire team. Manage Marketing Creative projects from beginning to end. To guarantee the efficient running of the team working closely with various internal departments to ensure the appropriate design and copy resource is allocated to projects and that timelines and budget are adhered to. To meet clients, to go through various briefs. To prepare project schedules, organise print quotes and ensure the smooth running of repro, printing and production. To act as an account handler with regards to internal and external client liaison. To manage and coordinate publishing projects on behalf of Harrods marketing with external contract publisher .To successfully project manage all publishing activity whilst meeting project deadlines. Brief appropriate studio personnel on work requirements for Direct Mail, General Marketing collateral, Press, Advertorials, Editorials, Online Marketing, New Media. Produce print production timelines and effecting timely delivery of goods. Workload management and allocation of work, managing, scheduling and trafficking of all production projects within Harrods. Providing an interface between Marketing, Advertising, Press, New Media, Digital, Direct Mail and the Creative team. Ensure that all work is of the highest possible standard, delivered on time and within budget. Working closely with Creative Director in arranging photo shoots and for the realization of main Store promotions. Project-manage the creative input into Harrods Marketing programme campaigns by ensuring the smooth delivery of digital and print projects from initial brief through concept development, artwork, approvals, repro, printing and production.
