I am a freelance graphic designer and design tutor living on the outskirts of London, with a particular interest in design that addresses the well-being of others and positively impacts social problems.
Planning and practically teaching a range of art and design programmes – from Level 1, 2, 3 to Foundation Degrees. Ensuring learners gain sound technical knowledge of art and design through practical workshop activities such as: bookbinding, drawing, typography, Adobe CS InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, the design process as well as portfolio development and preparation, whilst providing tutorials and general support for learners.
Offering a range of print and web solutions; Branding & identity, hand rendered & vector-illustration, graphics, artworking for web, posters & invitations, company stationary, promotional stickers, publications & reports.
Supported Senior Graphic Designer in the development and implementation of the company’s identity across all printed and digital materials including: presentation design for talks and events, design of graphics for short films, websites, emailers and other associated marketing materials.
Took part in and followed several design projects. Mapped and documented locations for project planning, created diagrams and plans, and researched fit-for-purpose materials.
