I work for Pacific World Corporation on their SensatioNail brand. The role includes campaign planning, PPC strategy and implementation, SEO, content marketing, conversion optimisation, affiliate marketing, email marketing and retention management as well as project managing website development projects and new product launches.
ull responsibility for the specification and delivery of digital marketing solutions for clients across the UK. I worked with clients to plan and implement digital marketing strategies including PPC campaigns, digital market research and analysis, SEO, content marketing, email marketing and affiliate marketing. Clients included large multi-national B2C and B2B clients with multi-region websites and marketing campaigns. Clients included SensatioNail (health and beauty), B2B Marketing and International Animal Rescue to optimise e-commerce conversion rates and identify improvements through digital marketing activities to increase return on investment. My focus is always on setting and exceeding targets for revenue, customer-base and brand penetration amongst target audiences. My proven success with clients was recognised with my team being awarded a prestigious Gold DMA Award for Best use of Search (Natural and Paid for) for ongoing work with Pacific World. This client set us a goal to help them reach £1m revenue within the first year of launch. The site broke the £2m mark within 1.5 years.
My role as Senior Digital Account Manager at The Purple Agency allowed me to experience the fast-paced, highly rewarding world of an international, multi-award winning integrated communications agency. Working for high-profile clients with a digital focus, I was responsible for project and campaign delivery, digital strategy and key client relationships. My clients at Purple accounted for approximately £500,000 worth of business per year and included Mitchells & Butlers, UK Sport, the British Paralympic Association, ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and Jockey Club Racecourses. I was able to achieve successful results for my clients by delivering web builds, app development, digital advertising management, PR, search engine marketing, content marketing and fully integrated campaigns. High-profile campaigns included the hugely successful Sochi 2014 ParalympicsGB digital communications. The amazing success of the ParalympicsGB team meant real-time support with fast turn-around social content creation across different time-zones – through multiple social and digital channels. Generating engagement and support through Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest and amalgamating all this live data into a dedicated microsite with the client, on-site at the Games was a pressurised but highly rewarding project. A great proof of concept as speed continues to gather in the build-up to the Rio Olympic and Paralympic games. As a business partner at an integrated agency in Hampshire, my responsibilities were hugely varied and adapted on a daily basis. Oakley Hall is a converted 18th Century Manor House in the heart of Hampshire. Moving from the role of Event Manager to Assistant Marketing Manager, I was the responsible for booking and managing events for up to 600 people, promotion of the business to corporate clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
At Condé Nast Online I was able to assist with the website development for Stylefinder.com, Easyliving.com and Glamour.com. I was also given the opportunity to write articles and product reviews which were published on the websites – a great opportunity which allowed me to improve my copywriting and editorial skills. Amongst other tasks, I assisted the photographer with City Style pieces by interviewing members of the public and writing the accompanying copy. I also spent time on the artwork desk editing images for the group websites.
At GAME UK, I was employed to create and upload images and copy to the company website. I also wrote reviews for newly released games and worked with the online team to manage promotions and web content.
