This B2B role in professional services explores new digital technology and services to map the customer journey and provide customer experience planning. I design content for each region, internally and externally, working in partnership to develop concepts that increase brand awareness and loyalty. I work continuously reviewing the website, social analytics and budget spend in order to plan for future campaigns and understand how the business can make efficient and effective improvements.
