Basic food preparation from working in the kitchen and the hot food counter.
Making sure that all stocks are maintained and replenished throughout a working shift.
Responsibility to lock up after closing.
Responsibility in handling how much a guest consumes, handling difficult situations with tricky guests, and IDing anyone who looked under 25.
Spending this amount of time here has allowed me to build relationships, trust as well as a strong knowledge of the company.
