As a start-up, it was all hands on deck at Superplex. My key focus was on supporting the New Business Director; managing the company's social media presence, email communications and helping develop video distribution strategies for current and prospective clients. At shoots, I supported in the role of Production Assistant; managing daily budgets, organising crew, taking care of props, keeping the set running smoothly and transcribing audio files.
I created, designed and wrote content for a number of different department and stakeholder communication channels. I was praised for developing more consistent and inclusive methods of delivery for these and pride myself on the ability to turn business jargon into interesting and accessible copy. My role involved engaging and building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, external enforcement bodies and with colleagues across departments. I also provided administrative support to a number of different senior managers; collating data, compiling reports and analysing findings for a range of business areas using Microsoft Excel.
