Actively involved with a local contemporary art gallery where I was able to help resident artists construct their exhibitions, facilitate opening nights and secure the shop floor. Additionally, I arranged and participated in many spoken word nights. Most importantly, I was able to meet many well known Adelaide based artists which gave me an insight into the creative industry.

Maintained databases for Oxfam media such as photos, video footage and important media contacts. Posted stories relating to successful Oxfam initiatives and status updates on differing social media platforms.
Human Resources & Logistics Volunteer, OXFAM International, Bangladesh Nov 2013 - Jan 2014 Completed a volunteer/other database and emergency roster; ensured it was consistently updated. Prepared a Personal Development Plan Excel sheets based upon submitted Summary of Obtained Achievements and Performance Reviews submitted by colleagues. Additional responsibilities: proofreading and finalising documents, administrative duties such as filing, printing, compiling files. Supported for the preparation of a consultant CV database.
Administrative responsibilities such as creating spreadsheets for travel and personal staff expenditure, proofreading presentations and documents. Fieldwork visits; involved visiting women who contracted HIV/AIDS, collated data of their experiences. Wrote articles for the monthly country newsletter.
