My latest position saw me aiding in the smooth running of a large-scale production writer’s room and the surrounding office. Similar to my previous position as office runner, the role saw myself being responsible for tending to the writer’s room and making the office environment a comfortable working space for all. I tended to the writer’s and executive’s needs whether that be by providing food, drinks, stationery or conversation. My role involved everyday access to making calls, emails and entering expenses and other administrative tasks alongside the expected food, drinks and other purchases runs.

My previous role offered a wide variety of tasks. Primarily, I was responsible for assisting the CEO with her day-to-day to keep it running smoothly. Including dealing with incoming emails, calls, important meetings, travel, communication with contributors, industry professionals and other PA duties. Additionally, alongside this PA role I assisted development and other members of the team with any tasks that needed undertaking.
In my short time at Transparent TV I become involved in assisting applying production paperwork to Silvermouse, helping the production manager/coordinator arrange callsheets, hire cars and other elements for a shoot. As well as aiding Development perform research tasks to help with development ideas/commissions.
