About me
Award winning Conceptual Portrait photographer working for a variety of magazines and commercial clients. I shoot engaging portraits even in the most mundane of locations with some of the most challenging of subjects.

  • D Day Veterans
D Day VeteransI try and complete a personal project every year. This is my 2024 effort. I was tasked to photograph D Day Veterans from all over the UK for the 80th Anniversary. I was completely honoured to be in the company of such amazing individuals who put their lives on the line to safe guard this country. I went to their houses or care homes as they are now into their 100's. Some recounted their time on D Day with complete clarity while others were feeling their age and were not so responsive. I shot the

New WorkBBC Creative. Happy to find this dark wall to shoot against his blue top at their offices in London and when you have a relaxed subject, then the portraits can only be special.
  • Portraits
PortraitsA selection of portraits for your Friday afternoon. Portraits are my favourite genre to capture. You don't have much time in a location you have no prior knowledge. You can take a portrait of the same person in the same location but the results can be completely

  • Blind Veterans
Blind VeteransFor the past couple of months I have been photographing Veterans that have lost their sight during conflict, with the help of the charity Blind Veterans UK, who help veterans deal with this sudden loss of sight. Hearing first hand their accounts of the day they lost their sight was humbling. They showed so much courage and dignity in the face of these life changing moments and without any remorse. You can read about their stories and how the Charity is helping at https://www.blindveterans.org
  • A.N. WILSON
A.N. WILSONA.N. Wilson is an English writer and newspaper columnist, known for his critical biographies, novels and works of popular history. I was commissioned to photograph Mr Wilson at a property in London that he and his wife had just purchased and were about to start work. The room had only a wooden table with some chairs and interesting wallpapered walls. It was pretty dark with only a couple of bulbs working on the central chandelier and the weather didn't help that it was dark and rainy. When I
