My current role has enabled me to expand past graphic design and channel creativity into every area of the business. Project managing from concept to completion. Managing multiple projects which could range from designing custom bowling balls to sourcing artwork till fill a wall.
I like to push creative boundaries and am looking for a job that will embrace that.

DESIGN
• Responsible for all aspects of graphic design ( menus, posters, Internal coms, emails, website, etc )
• Working with the marketing department to ensure design & brand consistency across all
All Star Lanes marketing channels and venues
• Art direction
• Recruiting and managing a junior designer
BRANDING
• Working closely with the other heads of departments to ensure All Star Lanes values
and image are followed
• Creating and implementing venue concepts & themes for individual private room
• Responsible for the interiors of five venues - ensuring they are on brand, on trend, neat
& fresh giving customers as many reasons to share their All Star Lanes experience
• Sourcing items to style & fit out the venues, managing logistics of installation
• Visual merchandising & window dressing
• Monitoring global and local market, social, cultural & arts trends
• Identifying areas of improvement (technology, creative, marketing)
