As Creative Director of this digital agency I provide strategic design direction and I am responsible for the running of the design side of the business. My role is to help drive all creative online and oine customer activity, the integration of new and emerging technologies into creative solutions through to the delivery of strategic creative propositions to clients to help build brand awareness and increase sales and ROI.
Holmes and Marchant Blitz were part of the respected Holmes & Marchant Group of companies with a client list envied by most consultancies and agencies. I worked on many major branding projects encompassing brand strategy and innovation for corporate identity, packaging, advertising, literature, POP and sales aids for both B2B and B2C clients in the UK and Europe. • Responsible for the creative department including 10 designers and 5 production satff • Hands on approach with strong leadership skills, allowing younger designers to express themselves creatively across many dierent market sectors • Attended all client brieng meetings and new business pitches with existing and potential clients, controlled all creative/digital artwork output from the studio, responsible for job time scales - scrutinising all costing’s for each design project
