About me
As a designer with a passionate interest in ethics, values and grassroots activism, I believe in the implementation of honest, functional design to foster positive social change whether through education, empowerment or simply giving people something that they need in a manner that is right for them. I have a mature, pragmatic approach to print and digital design that values function over form, balancing principles of usability, legibility and succinct, purposeful communication with a close eye for detail. With a background in internal communications, brand communications and strategy, I have the experience and the knowledge to help brands reaffirm their core values, from volunteering with the smallest charities to working with the biggest companies. I have worked with clients including AXA, IKEA, Unilever, SIG and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, primarily in the field of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility reporting.

    Voyager | The Grand Tour (ePublication)This project was seen as an opportunity to explore editorial design through digital publishing in an effort to incorporate audio-visual material to enhance the immersive, sensory experience of exploring the Voyager mission. Building on elements of the emerging medium of immersive online storytelling, this ePublication made bold use of InDesign's digital publishing tools to create interactive and audio-visual material within an editorial eBook format.

    Windsor Leadership Trust: Strategic Brand RefreshWindsor Leadership Trust wished to refresh their brand image to reflect a sense of being modern, innovative industry leaders with a charitable purpose that was not immediately obvious. The charity’s visual identity badly needed a fresh, modern feel. More importantly, I found myself working with a brand that was struggling to understand and present itself with clarity to those they wanted to reach.
