    Budget & Transactional Responsibilities: Presenting financial dashboards to England football brand specific areas to team leads in meetings, using Excel & Power Bi to illustrate monthly budget headlines across spend, remaining and overalls category tracking (FP&A). Reporting up to date budgets to seniors for planning application across content projects & football fixtures within the upcoming football calendar season. Budget finance analysis provided and reporting budget updates on England Football areas of business, commercial partnership brands, para teams and e-gaming to seniors across the department. Presenting to brand seniors and heads of content team, monthly and end of season budget data trends of spend across the department. Lead across the team and supporting other departments with purchase order management on finance interface (Proactis), whilst ensuring end to end payment cycle is continuously communicated between suppliers, stakeholders, and new registrations. Thus, enabling open conversation of how budget areas are reporting to seniors in content team & finance. Tracking and reporting to finance revenue and royalty statements from agencies promoting and generating traction of England Football content on social media platforms such as, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, TikTok & England Football Websites. Workflow & Planning: Supporting workflows and schedules planning on Asana for engaged production work across the production capture areas of England Men’s Football, England Women’s Football, FA Cup, Women’s FA Cup, FIFA Qatar World Cup 22. Women’s Euro 22, FIFA Women’s Australia World Cup, Women’s Barclays Super League & Championship and Women’s Continental League Cup. Updating central documents whilst being able to provide dedicated support to the teams and seniors for production requests and other updates. Regular meetings with content and marketing teams to provide updates about upcoming fixtures, cups, tournaments and for other discussions around the sport. Content Production Support: Supporting contractual engagements through onboarding new freelancers and suppliers, conducting availability checks, call sheets & risk assessment ahead of content crew hire requirements for content production capture projects and brand activations. Relationship management through engagements with presenters, production freelancers, editors, and influencers. Supporting production activities on site and away at production locations.
