• Manage the salon work experience programme with the company managed salons and liaise with schools, colleges and careers centres meeting all students prior to their work placement • Prepare contracts for all new starters in company managed salons and, where appropriate existing members of staff. • Preparation of contract amendment letters • Generate all company managed salon recruitment correspondence including invite to interview, offer and regret letters • Management of the recruitment database • Entering new starters and leavers and contract amendments on to ADP Freedom Software • Run reports on ADP Freedom to ensure the required personnel information has been entered e.g. N.I Numbers, contact details • Deal with external references and mortgage/rental requests • Collate attendance sheets and ensure absence has been accurately entered onto the ADP Freedom • Minute taking in disciplinary and grievance hearings
