    Not-for-profit member organisation with 35k+ members and the UK's most popular online snow sports website. Responsible for all digital activities across the organisation - including web development, email marketing, social media, display and PPC advertising, SEO and native and browser based mobile applications. Key responsibilities: • Online advertising – Managing AdWords, Facebook, Twitter and banner campaigns, including targeting, CPC optimisation, conversion tracking and reporting. • Social Media – Managing overall strategy, collaborating with multiple teams to produce and share relevant, engaging content. • Email Marketing – Responsible for all email output, including triggered CRM, e-newsletters, direct marketing campaigns and partner advertising. HTML design including mobile optimisation, segmentation and writing database queries. • Website management – Managing all website development; working with an external developer to constantly improve the user experience, performance and optimisation of our key channel. • Copywriting – Producing creative and effective copy for member communications and direct marketing as well as feature articles for web, social and print.
