• Created bespoke marketing campaigns (digital & physical), booked artists, established event branding, and liaised with the venue, booking agents and customers on a daily basis.

• Knowledge of smartURL’s and Facebook, Twitter & Google Adwords.
• Responsible for the management of operating costs, budgeting and cash flow of Pretty Young Things.

First Class Honours
I received First Class Honours for my dissertation, 'Crossing The Chasm: Segmenting Demand, Optimising Freemium & Closing The Value Gap'. This mixed method research study utilised both primary interviews with industry leaders/commentators and a 1,600 person survey. Research clearly identified that a significant proportion of 'casual' ad-supported music listeners are willing to pay for music at a lowered monthly rate. What's more, if music subscription prices were lowered, the large scale adoption would lead to around a 40% increase in revenues.
In addition, I received First Class Honours overall.
