About me

I'm the founder / co-owner of Close Up Productions a London based production company dedicated to creating engaging and creative content for global brands, creative agencies, educational bodies, and foundations. Previously I was a commissioner at UKTV working across major slates for factual, lifestyle and natural history. I'm an experienced director and have worked across TV series, social media campaigns, and branded content from Al-Jazeera International, David Attenborough’s Natural Curiosities and award winning series for BBC3. Having worked with rebel fighters in South Sudan and fisherman in the Atlantic there's not too much that freaks me out!

• Simply BusinessWe were chuffed to be asked by Simply Business to create their new advertising campaign for Landlord 's insurance. It might not sound like the sexiest topic but together with Simply Business we came up with this concept to make it fun and engaging. In 3 weeks we cast, filmed and edited the adverts and created a series of cut downs for social media.
• Our Kickstarter Campaign for Chop+SwipeWith the help of our Kickstarter campaign film Chop+Swipe managed to reach their fundraising target in days. Now their vision is being translated into reality with their revolutionary new chopping board going into production.
• Food by Close Up ProductionsFrom super slow mo, exploding food and stop motion here's a little glimpse of some of the foodie festivals, chefs and brands we've worked with, I hope you enjoy!
