• Concerto del Primo MaggioThe Concerto del Primo Maggio (May Day concert) is the biggest free live event in Italy. It is a hybrid event between a concert and a music television show: eight hours of live music, more than twenty artists playing, entirely live aired on Italian National Television (RAI network), three days of technical rehearsal, 500.000 people attending the event in Rome.

Main duties include: Organise and manage the logistics of the conference including transports, accommodations, hospitality and audio-visual requirements. Produce the conference programme and other key event documents. Financial control managing budget, cash flow and suppliers and clients’ invoices.
