As Hospitality Manager at Yurtel, a premium Boutique Camping Company I am required to: PRE SEASON • To oversee customer bookings and send out confirmations – includes creation of bookings system and procedure. • Mail shots / newsletters: Composition and distribution of newsletters - to include Mail Chimp database management • Human Resources: Interviewing and hiring of Yurtel Hospitality staff. As Festival Coordinator at Port Eliot Festival, a 10,000 capacity arts festival, I was required to: •Manage entry into the festival – instructing ticket companies; developing entry systems; overseeing procedure and pricing; sourcing gate staff, signage and wristbands. •Book and manage tents. This includes sourcing and siting of all venue tents across the site and instruction and management of all punter Boutique Camping options. •Act as Artist Liaison across the four main stages. In advance: issuing of contracts, working within strict budgets to negotiate riders / performer requirements.
